How to Upload Autel Data Log?
If you encounter a problem with your Autel tool, data logs are essential for Autel engineers to identify the root cause of the issue. Verbal or written descriptions alone are insufficient; analysis and investigation must be based on the Autel data logs.
Almost all Autel diagnostic tablets have a built-in data logging function, recording all transmitted, saved but unsent, or historical data (up to 20 of the most recent test records). Support personnel receive and process reports submitted by customers through the support platform. We will provide a solution via email within 48 hours. You can also continue to contact support until the problem is resolved.
